The Pink Ribbon™ Card is for people seeking support for recovery from breast cancer. This card is pre-loaded with your approved funds.

Yes, but you will need to apply for funding for each service separately.

No, at this time, funding for the BCFNZ counselling service is through a separate voucher system.

We will send you an email to tell you that your funding application has been approved. You should receive your Pink Ribbon™ Card (including instructions for use) in the post within one to two weeks.

The funds will be available on your card at least 48 hours after we've approved them.

When you receive your Pink Ribbon™ Card, it is loaded with your funding ready to use. You will receive instructions with the card, but you can also download them here.

We will let you know how much has been approved for each service, and you can then check your balance online at any time.

We aim to review your application as soon as we receive it. We'll let you know the outcome within seven working days.

Simply go to Cancer rehab on our website and apply for the service you need.

Because we already have your Pink Ribbon™ Card details, we can load any new funds onto your card remotely. You'll receive an email to notify you when your funding is approved.

Your client can find out about our services by visiting Cancer rehab on the BCFNZ website. They can apply for each service online or by contacting our nursing team.

Please note: lymphoedema therapy requires a referral from the person’s GP, breast cancer specialist, or breast nurse.

We also offer free counselling for patients and their family members. Go to our counselling page for information on how to apply.

No, your client must complete the application. You are welcome to help them, but please ensure their personal details (not the clinic details) are entered.

You can go online and check your client's balance.

Simply click 'cardholder login' and enter your client’s card number and pin.

Please encourage your client to keep their Pink Ribbon™ Card in a safe place. They can use the same card when they are approved for another BCFNZ-funded cancer rehab service.
